You're doing a fantastic job man and you can really see the difference. It's always funny how you can see the difference in the mirror before it shows up on the scale. I have no doubts you'll achieve your goals for Steemfat. If there's one thing I've learned about you, you're just no damn good at quitting.
It's really nice you and Bianca are doing this together. Having someone to work toward a goal with helps so much and provides that extra motivation in times of weakness. I don't know if you'd want to do it or not, or if your gym has the equipment, but 6-8 rounds on the heavy bad at a brisk pace is a helluva workout and will help shed pounds while also giving you a good anaerobic workout.
Keep up the great work brother! I know you'll do it!
