pudín de plátano
Here I bring you a recipe for a very rich and economic sweet.
Ingredients: 3 bananas, 3 eggs, 5 spoons of sugar, 5 spoons of corn starch (maicina) and 1 cup of water, juice or liquid milk.
Preparation: Place in the blender 1 cup of liquid milk, 3 bananas, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 eggs and the 5 tablespoons of corn, blend until you get a thick mixture.
In a mold make a caramel and let cool. Place the previous mixture and cook in a bain-marie for 1 hour. Desamoldar and let cool to taste
Aquí les traigo una receta de un dulce muy rico y económico.
Ingredientes: 3 plátanos, 3 huevos, 5 cucharadas de azúcar, 5 cucharada de fécula de maíz (maicina) y 1 taza de agua,jugo o leche liquida.
Preparación: Colocar en la licuadora 1 taza de leche liquida, 3 plátanos, 2 cucharadas de azúcar, 3 huevos y las 5 cucharadas de maicina, licuar hasta obtener una mezcla espesa.
En un molde realizar un caramelo y dejar enfriar. Colocar la mezcla anterior y cocinar a baño María por 1 hora. Desamoldar y dejar enfriar para degustar.
