If Steemit allows this behavior from Whales to Minnows it is certainly not a community that I want to be a part of -
All I wanted was an explanation to my questions about many people feeling it is an unfair platform that should not state at the top of the "About Tab" - That it is a probably fair game - with Payouts that align with the stated Payouts -
If betting on a certain number States "60% chance of winging" (a number rolled below 60 for example - then the probability should be very close to 60% with a margin of error of .2-.4% at most with daily rolls exceeding 5,009. A 55% chance does not make it probably fair - the payouts chosen are fair like I said as long as the roll probabilities come close to the stated% as stated.. Am I wrong in thinking that?

If you wanted an explanation to your questions, you could have contacted me before you shout out "SCAM"
And if you kept on reading the "About" section you would have learned that the hashes from which the results are calculated come from the blockchain. There is no probability set anywhere.
The GUI uses "lower than" for convenience reasons - percentage = roll
If you want to play "higher than", play from your wallet directly.
