Connecting HR, Workforce, and Education in a New Way
Nobel prize winner, political leader and philanthropist Nelson Mandela stated that “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” In fact, only during the last century, thousands of scientists, politicians, philosophers, athletes, writers, and artists have constantly been sharing to the world public the importance of schools, education and learning. However, in recent years, some techniques or phases regarding the interactions between recruiting departments, businesses, and graduates have proved inefficient.
