Early flowers, Caucasus

It is raining with thunder behind the window now, it became dark so fast. I am stuck sorting photos to free some space on the hard drive, and found these flowers I never showed. I captured them on my recent spring trip to Georgia, and again, I figured spring there was much warmer than our summer, at least its last 1 or 2 weeks. I don't grumble, I don't love when it's too hot, especially in the city.

The flowers are first flowers of spring. You know Pulsatilla patens.

And these tiny purple buds I never saw before, and don't know its name. The next shot I took when I first saw it. I couldn't believe my eyes, because it was the top of a mountain path, +8 and getting colder, and piercing wind cold me to bones. This small and brave flower stood at the edge of a rock, and I took my change and made a photo. It was a delightful moment.

Next 2 were taken with camera in under more favourable conditions, but also high in mountains. Hopefully, you'd enjoy them too. After all, isn't it #SundayPurple?
