What I think Yoga is all about
I started doing yoga about ten years ago when my life hit a rough spot. I was alone, broke and really scared about my future. At that time I also started believing in a higher power that can help me. For so long I was an atheist and it wasn't so much about not believing in a god but not even thinking about it.
I still don't know what god is, but I do feel that I can connect to something through the practice of yoga that helps me harness my intuitive powers.
