A distressing portal of torment

A motorcade of torment came to his mind... Who was that little girl who looked out his car window and asked him to come down? Everything came and went with this recurring episode, then nothing but static and psychophonic sounds, a call in the fog and silence.

Every night was simply a nightmare, 3:30 was the time for a daily encounter with the unknown. Something happened and she woke up, but it was nothing, just the warning of the clock, pricking his eyes with its needles so that he could see that it was 3:30 and that it was time.

But why that hour? It seemed like the time to come back to her life. But there was no life after a year, only a constant effort to balance the pendulum between reason and misfortune, because an echo that bounces against memories that are not there, is a voice that contradicts reason and falls, slipping into the madness of someone who is not sure who is and has lost important pieces of her yesterday.

Today remains frightened, hidden in a corner of memory where there is no light, only whispers, fog, splintered glass, and a child who, on trying to enter where she is, is transformed into a mirror of water that comes out from the edge of an unfathomable abyss.

(End of the five minutes)

One after another came scenes in his head that were not connected, of uneven time. Sometimes she was a child, sometimes she was an adult and only coincided between them, a collision, a boom! that leaves the wailing deaf and opens a distressing portal of torment from where she doesn't look, her vision is almost a divination and that leaves no meaning.

What remains dormant is seeing herself being almost dragged into a car by her father. She refused to leave her house, but he forced her. It was night, almost dawn, she did not know what was happening, but her father's eyes were injected with a strange glow.

"Let go of me! You're scaring me! I'm cold! I'm cold! Open up! Open the door! I'm cold!" -She was screaming and shaking convulsively.

"Wake up, Aida! On the count of one, two and three..."

"I remember, now I remember what happened on that forgotten night when I was a child. My father kidnapped me because my mother didn't want to go on with him and out of revenge he wanted to scare her by taking me with him, but he was very drunk. He got tired of hearing my screams and threw me out of the car to the side of the road. I begged him to open up, he was very cold and looked at me with a strange look. A truck passed by and rammed it, throwing me into the bushes, and the car, far away, went ahead and crashed, and so several cars, one after the other, crashed and no one survived but me. I blocked out that memory in my mind until today, except for the image of the girl who was chasing me and now I believe that it is me, asking for help."

"y... a year ago... Do you remember how the accident happened a year ago, where you were driving?" - Asked the psychotherapist.

"Now, yes. Not so clearly, but I was pulled out of the way by a truck, about 3 a.m., I was running to a job interview outside of town, and the truck came out of nowhere and jumped on me, I, trying to avoid it, ran off the road into the bushes and the car hit a tree. I almost passed out, but amidst dizziness, small lights and broken windshield glass, I saw a girl trying to open my door and telling me to open it, to get out of the car. I think she helped me and drove me away, saving my life because the car caught fire and burned. I lost consciousness and forgot what happened. It was before dawn, it was dark, there couldn't be a child there, it was a lonely road... It's strange, I know!"

"You're exhausted. It's okay for today."
