I think regularly paying out crunchers stimulates them to keeping on crunching. Being rewarded twice a year or less is demotivating. Even without de V8 engine the payout scheme is far from optimal.
Payout should be weekly to keep people interested and attract new crunchers
This is exactly how I feel. I am currently in the pool and was planning to go solo real soon.
With the V8 I will now stay in the pool, to maintain my frequent rewards.
Exactly. And since you are payed faster you can move your earnings faster when things get grim.
