What Animal Are You?

In the Philippines, Chinese New Year is also a well known celebration since there are lots of Chi-Noys (Chinese-Pinoys) and even pure Chinese who are currently residing in the Philippines. Did you know that the oldest known Chinatown in the world is located in the Philippines? It is located in Binondo, Manila which was said to be established since 1594. That means that the relationship between the two countries has a long history already.

Based on the Chinese calendar, the Chinese New Year will begin in February 16 for this year and the animal sign for 2018 is dog. I had the idea of writing this post as I just came from the mall with displays for the upcoming Chinese New Year. There were banners displayed with animal signs with horoscope about love, work and money. Just like a curious cat, I came near the display and read of course my animal sign forecast. It is interesting to read and also nice to see others read their signs. Some are even laughing or smiling while reading and taking photos of the banners.

I think that it does not matter if what is your religion in order to believe or not believe in this kind of forecast or zodiac signs. The question is if you believe on it or not and if you are somewhat a believer, it does not mean that you will totally agree on what have been written in your sign. I think these are more of just guides for us. If we will be digging more about how they derived with the signs and everything related to it, we could understand more about the relationship of the things around us or how things are related to each other such as the stars and various elements.

I am not going to dig deeper on this matter as my main objective on this post is to share the various animal signs with its horoscope as I took photos of all of those signs, not just mine so that my sign will not be revealed. 😊😊😊
