How to move from thought to action

At times we are very clear about the things that would be good for us and the things we should change in our life, however, we do nothing to change them. Maybe they only remain in our thoughts or our words, but have you ever wondered if you really work to change something, knowing that it will be good for you?

Today I decided to write about the necessary changes in our life, particularly, this year I started it with new resolutions, that maybe I had them for a long time, however, I realized that I have not made enough effort to fulfill them, I really was a person very resistant to change and sometimes we excuse ourselves with saying I am like that or things are like that.

I have heard many people who complain and complain, but do not take action. I think there is no point in constantly repeating to ourselves "I should do this", "I should do that"... What if we change to "I decide to do this", "I give myself the opportunity to...".

Yes, it is true that right now we are going through very worrying and stressful situations, but it is also true that it is a good time to change what we do not like and make the most of the here and now. So, it is here where one must pause and make a personal review, we must react and be aware that changes are sometimes necessary and act.

We have to commit ourselves to implement the necessary changes in our life, and how can you commit? You can decide with willpower what is really important to you, work with your body and mind to make things different by putting your effort and energy. It is not a matter of imposing goals that we cannot achieve, of demanding ourselves, it is a matter of working for our own love and for our own good. We must change the way we think, express ourselves and keep positive energy.

We must be clear about our objectives, accept the point where we are and draw our action plan to where we want to go. Something that has worked for me is to start by implementing small changes that are not drastic from one day to the next and that step by step lead me to achieve my objectives. The fact of not adjusting to reality and accepting the point where we are, is one of the reasons why we do not make the necessary changes. Sometimes we get blocked by wanting to be where we want to be quickly, we get demotivated and abandon our goals. Just knowing that we are working to improve our lives should keep us motivated.

As we know, the mind is very powerful, and maybe our thoughts want to lead us to create excuses, divert us from the path, so we must be focused on what we want, see the positive changes is a good way to self-motivate us. Sometimes achieving what you want is not easy, we are human and we fail, everyone goes at their own pace, has their own experiences and is responsible for what they do to progress so we must always keep in mind where we want to go and be perseverant.

I assure you that when you decide to change your whole landscape will change and what you want will come to your lives, the changes and your achievements depend on you.

Good question, have you ever asked yourself if you really work to change something, knowing that it will be good for you?..., somehow, human beings find it hard to take action, avoid taking steps to solve problems, and even when we constantly reflect and realize what is the fault we are committing, we continue without doing much to change, and we enter the circle where our life goes away. Hello friend, certainly every year we propose things that sometimes we do not fulfill, I think there may be a lack of security in those people, it is very common. But as you say we must consider a change and fulfill it, be constant until we achieve what we long for. It is hard but sometimes we have to sacrifice time, dreams, money, or something else to reach our goals, but it is worth it.

In life we ​​are going to meet many people who look with envy at the initiative and success of others and say "I can do that too, what's so special about it", but inside, they are people who don't dare to act. easy things but they don't "come into action", this is where I believe that self-esteem plays a fundamental role and motivation is internal.

I think that "wanting to do things is being able to do".
