That day we ate there, we played volleyball, football, roped rope, burning balls, it was a full activity for us. At some point we went to the watchtower with Gizem. Baya was a high place. MUTLULUK

Sonunda muradıma ermiştim, Gizem'le birlikteydik. Aşkımızın doğuşunun tel şahidi olan o güneşin ışıltıları arasında otele dönmüştük. Akşam otobüslere binip İzmit'e geri dönüş yolunda o kadar mutluydum ki anlatamam. Yanımda uyurken onun güzel yüzünü saatlerce öylece izlemiştim. Uyandığında bana bakıp gülümsemesini hatırladıkça, o günkü heyecan hala içimde filizleniyor.

Yurda vardığımızda hepimiz çok yorgunduk. Yolculuk hepimizi yormuştu. Kantinde biraz oturup daha sonra odalarımıza dağıldık. Odaya vardığımızda kendimi yatağa öyle bir attım ki yatak altımdan kayıp gidecekti sanki. Duvara bakakaldım öylece. Sonunda be, sonunda değip mutluluğumu boş duvarla paylaşmıştım. Umuttepe kampüsünün üst tarafında Kent Orman diye bir mesire alanı gibi bir yer var. Orada kahvaltı yapacaktık cumartesi günü. Bizim yurt zaten yakındı, ama şehir merkezinden gelecek olanlarda vardı. Biz sabahtan kalkıp kantinden ve marketten bir şeyler alıp Kent Orman'ın yolunı tuttuk. Büyük masalardan birine oturduk ve hazırlık yapmaya başladık, az sonra merkezden gelenlerle kadroyu tamamlamıştık. Derken ani bir hamle ile elini tuttum ve hafifçe sıktım, oda sıktı. Döndü bana baktı gülümsedi. Ben de ona gülümsedim. Orada öyle el ele bir 5 dakika durduk manzaraya karşı. Derken aşağıya inip arkadaşlarımızın yanına gittik.

O gün mutluluğum bir kat daha artmıştı. Hayatımın belki de en güzel günlerini yaşıyordum. Başıma geleceklerden habersiz..
