This is @yourloveguru from India. I am also father of 16 month little daughter so I know and understand about other parents feeling and tension to take about their child health. I am really thankful to @steemkidss who have created contest according to day that what to post in Monday to Sunday. This will be more easy to select topics. Let's see read post:
Children diet for right weight |

If you are really concerned about your child's health so you must feed them healthy breakfast, lunch & dinner which help them to be strong and able to fight chronicle disease too.
How to gain right weight |

There are no parents who want that their children become thin & weak but due to some heredity problem children remains weak even parents feed them good foods. Other people start make fun of that child to troll him due to his under weight. Well you must add some extra healthy stuff in diet to make your child more strong.
1. Banana |

Banana is very good fruit because it has ample of potassium, carbs, vitamin c, vitamin B 6 which help your child to grow and get right weight. Doctor also recommends 2 banana with one glass of milk in breakfast.
My daughter who is 16 months old, love to eat banana because it is easy to chew and taste is also good.
2. Amul Butter |

Amul Butter and Home made ghee is also good for their health and get right weight. You can stir butter into Dal, Khichadi, Roti, Bread. It is full of magically ingredients which help child to get right weight .
3. Egg |

Egg is well known source of protein. Children love to eat agg. You can make omelette, Egg curry, Egg bhurji, Boil egg etc. Children love to eat all and it is good to maintain Hemoglobin too. But you must not feed a lots of egg in a day, only 1-2 are enough as they are children.
4. Pulses |

You should feed Pulses in the lunch and dinner time to make the child strong. Lentils is full of protein, magnesium, calcium, iron, potassium and fiber. You can offer lentil soup and then dal is really necessary after 6 months even doctor recommends this too.
5. Sweet Potato |

It is very good because it is very digestive foods with full of fibre. Children never face any piles or fissure problem and neither face any problem to pass stool . There is no rashes problem in anal area too . Sweet potatoes are easy to eat and digest.
My daughter love to eat sweet potato. I mash it and give to her and she eats with joy and I also become satisfied because my baby is eating something health food.

Children are very naughty, they don't understand what is right and wrong for them . It is our responsibility to feed them right things . Hopefully you have read this article. If you will follow instructions, you will see results.
My daughter was under weight, I started to feed her egg, pulses, banana now she is good and fit
