Splinterteach: Strategic use of The Fallen Specter

	Little league: Only Monsters & Summoners that cost 4 Mana or less may be used in Battles.

This card brings a big advantage because just few monsters with low Mana cost have reflect ability so it'is not easy to defeat it.

	Reverse Speed: Monsters with lowest Speed attack first and have the highest chance of evading attacks.

Yes, Reverse Speed "but this is a fast card" of course and this its advantage, this card usually attacks first and die because some cards have reflection but is the last card that used magic attack at each round when this rule is on.

This rule brings you a little advantage because desmoralize and also headwinds are mastered by the same way.

	Earthquake: Non-flying Monsters take 2 Melee damage at the end of each round.

A card with the fly ability is important so this one is one of their kind, fallen specter can fly and high so be careful is you are using not flying monsters.

	Close range: Ranged attacks may be used in the first position in Battles.

Players loves this rule because can use the maximal potential of Selenia Sky or Prince Renny but they don't know that Contessa L'ament and The Fallen Spencer are around there too.

Best mix with death element cards

I usually use this card with Zintar Mortalis (-1 melee attack monsters) and Daria Dragonscale (+1 melee attack monsters).

But this card is an incredible combination of taking abilities from monsters.

A great example is the a Battle when you use the Octospider a card that uses desmoralize ability and also Fallen Specter with the summoning of Zintar Mortalis you are giving -3 to all melee attack monsters. That's so cool. (If there is not a monster with magic reflect).

You can also use the summoning of Contessa L'ament taking -2 of range attack monsters.

At MAX level this card develop it's fourth ability Blind.
