Steemit Crypto Academy | Homework summary - Week 6 - Stable Coins

in SteemitCryptoAcademy3 years ago (edited)

What a great busy Crypto education week this has been on the steem blockchain! I reviewed over 200 articles from various steemians all over the world. On average I received 25 articles which I had to read and review on each and every day. I did my best to keep my crypto students morale boosted in the ongoing Crypto learning program on Steemit, by ensuring that I checked their work thoroughly to see whether they really did their homework. If I have not yet reviewed your week-6 article, kindly drop a link to it on this homework summary and I will get to it as soon as possible.

The given homework task was about stable coins and writing about any one of these highlighted stable coins; Tether (USDT), SBD or DAI.

However, some students tried to cheat by posting plagiarized content, spinning articles from other sources and fellow steemians’ work. Well, I was alert and I was able to catch about 6 users who I found with plagiarized content and their penalty was; their homework articles for that week were disqualified and I reminded them of the solid rule “Plagiarism will not be tolerated in the homework task.” I hope they learnt their lesson and will carefully observe that rule in this new week 7 homework task.

Note that your Crypto professor is closely watching you, to ensure that you fully learn Crypto in an ethical manner.

Here are my 3 favourite picks for the week 6 homework task on Stable coins. These deserve an extra reward.

Here are some important things to take note of;

Some Crypto students published very short blogs/articles which were less than the minimum required words ‘300.’ This just signalled me that they had not done enough research work on the given topic in their homework task. You can use the word count site to help you know the number of words used in your article to ensure that you abide by the 300-word count rule. Otherwise breaking that rule has an implication of law rewards.

You are only permitted to post a maximum of 5 articles where each article is answering a particular homework task set by a particular professor. Do not have more than 5 entries; otherwise, they will not be curated.

Be careful with the images you use in your articles. Shutterstock images are not free images. Using them will have a low reward implication on your article. With the help of the steemit team, I was able to identify one user who had used a copy-right image. Kindly take serious note of that. You can get free images to use from Pixabay and pixels or design yours using canva.com, PowerPoint, illustrator etc.

Some Crypto students went overboard. I set a maximum word count of homework articles which is ‘1000.’ Students are meant to summarize whatever they have to share without exceeding 1000words. So kindly follow that rule because I always have plenty of other articles that I have to check out and review.

As I read through your articles I realized that many were making errors both grammatical and typing errors. These distort the meaning of your explanations and leave your readers in suspense, not knowing what you meant. I, therefore, recommend that you try using grammally, a web tool that can help you eliminate any grammatical and typing errors in your articles. The other option is to always proofread your work so that you do the necessary corrections of any typing errors that you might have made along the way.

You should not repeat what I have shared in my lecture. Do your own research. What I deliver to you in the lecture is just meant to provide you with an introduction, overview and an idea on how to proceed in your learning. Then go ahead and build on it through your own personal research.

Learn to keep your work organized and appetizing to your readers by using relatively shorter paragraphs in your articles. Don’t bore your readers with huge paragraphs with no punctuation marks in the sentences of your work. You can as well apply some markdown formats in your work. Use the basic ones including italics, heading (bold sizing), spacing, applying bullet points, and centre alignment… etc. This is purposely to make your work more organized and attractive to your readers.

Remember you have got a reputation to build and also maintain, therefore you have a task at hand and that is to keep your content in proper check. Ensure that it’s plagiarism-free. There are currently 2 tools I recommend you to use “Smallseotools plagiarism checker” or “Duplichecker.” Above all ensure creativity and originality in your work at all times.

Note: Do not post your homework article beyond the set deadline. Otherwise, it will not be curated.
