Mousse de Atún
Compañeros de Steemit, se aproxima la Semana Mayor o (Semana Santa), y les tengo una receta con atún. Para comenzar la recetas recetas con pescado.
INGREDIENTES:
- 1 Vaso de Agua Caliente
- 1 Lata de Atún Desmenuzada
- 1 Cucharada de Gelatina sin Sabor
- Sal al gusto
- 2 Dientes de Ajo
- 1 Pimentón Rojo
- Ajo Porro
- 1 Ramita de Cebollino
- 1 Ramita de Cilantro
PREPARACIÓN:
Se agrega en una licuadora el agua caliente con la gelatina sin sabor, agregar el resto de los ingredientes y licuar. Envasar en un envase desmoldable y refrigerar al menos por 3 horas, desmoldar y disfrutar con galletas de soda, tostones, yuca, yuca frita, pan tostado, etc.
