Steemit Sandwich Contest Week #29

Hello friends, I present my entry to the sandwich contest, this is week 29 I wanted to prepare something different and this was something that was preparing for the first time, this sandwich I prepared it with an Argentine sauce called chimichurri the original takes, parsley, oregano , garlic, chili, chives, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper, I wanted to change the sauce a little and instead of adding parsley I added cilantro and omiti the oregano and garlic since I did not have it at the time, all the other ingredients.

Sándwich Chimichurri

Ingredients

For the chimichurri:

Coriander
Chive
chili pepper
lemon juice
Vinegar
Salt and pepper

You cut everything very small, add it in a container and mix all the ingredients.

Oregano bread with parmesan cheese
Chorizo or garlic sausage

This sandwich I take it as dinner, I recommend it for the days that are at home with family or friends and make them grilled. I really love the taste and I want to prepare more.
