这两天，中国股市和币市都双双大涨。币市是国际大环境，看不出这波上涨的端倪，不过中国股市，听同事们聊聊大概了解一些。
股市的大涨，貌似来自人民银行《2019年1月金融统计数据报告》，仅1月份新增的人民币贷款和社会融资规模达到3万亿，创下新高并大大超过预期。
这带来什么影响，简单理解，就如2008年那个4万亿的救市一样，政策放宽？更多的热钱流行市场？
2008年的4万亿更多是投放到了基建领域，现在肯定不会像08年那样冒进和疯狂，但是可以预期基建领域经历了18年的沉匿，19年可能放宽，开始新一轮的投资建设。
