Wolf Alpha - Digital Art
Hello! how are you? Today I decided to create an illustration of one of the animals I most admire and respect "The Wolf", I love these beautiful animals, they are so cute! What attracts me most of them are their beautiful eyes, they melt me XD!!
Yesterday I was watching the movie The girl in the red cape and I think that influenced my decision to make a wolf besides I like them a lot, as I did not want to focus on a werewolf like in the movie, I was inclined to do a real wolf leaving fantasy aside. Look for some images on the Internet until I chose one that I ended up working with.
Step 1
I made a sketch not so detailed, but I tried to make lines a little thinner and not so much squiggles. The initial brush that I used was a round one that was hard edge but with transfer and some spacing. I only made thick stripes as if they were hairs, but nothing more than for a base.
Step 2
When I was almost ready, I realized that they were missing hair. Yes! But thin XD. I made a brush with 4 points and I made the hairs little by little. I think what I liked the most was the nose I used several brushes on it. For the background, hmmmmm I decided several things first an autumn tree with field blur, but then I decided on some leaves with the blur, to leave it as the main thing, as it appears in the photo :).
Finalized
After several layers of hair, for some endings of curves, colors and brightness, and I changed to little the color of the eyes, something blue with a little yellow.

What a great job with this animal, I am very realistic, I loved how you got the texture of your coat, and the detail of both eyes to make one smaller than the other, as if trying to close, makes it look more natural and realistic adding those imperfections, very good job
I also saw that movie is very good, but there the werewolf is just a bigger wolf hehe

It is a wolf full of hairs XD, I made a brush for that and I started to make hair like crazy hehehee. You would have liked the video, hairs wherever hehehe.

Que gran trabajo con este animal, te quedo muy realista, me encanto como lograste la textura de su pelaje, y el detalle de ambos ojos al hacer uno mas pequeño que el otro, como si lo tratara de cerrar, lo hace ver mas natural y realista el agregar esas imperfecciones, muy buen trabajo
Yo también vi esa película es muy buena, pero alli el hombre lobo es simplemente un lobo mas grande jeje
Mucas gracias querido Jimmy! si ves lo que te dije del pelo, el mio no tiene muchos colores, el lobo real tiene muchos colores en el pelaje. Yo puse pelo al revés y al derecho XD. Ya me di cuenta del ojo ese lo agregué sin querer eheeheh, pero si dices que es mas natural, entonces está muy bien LOL.
Si! la chica es hermosa y el lobo no es el típico hombre lobo. Cierto, solo es muy grande.! Me embromaron con eso de quien era el verdadero lobo al final, ya que todos se veían culpables XD.
