Realmente la salud global para mi es un negocio, lamentablemente este tema y asunto se ha convertido en un arma para las grandes empresas enriquecerse, no se preocupan por la humanidad ni su salud, solo por el dinero. Para desarrollar esta publicación la comunidad nos brinda las siguientes pautas:
Global health really is a business for me, unfortunately this topic and issue has become a weapon for large companies to enrich themselves, they do not care about humanity or its health, only about money. To develop this publication, the community provides us with the following guidelines:

El termino salud global lo relacionamos con el tema concerniente a cualquier afectación de salud publica en cada país, es decir cuando existe algún problema en más de dos países y que esta conlleva riesgos globales podemos hablar de salud global, este incluye todos los temas relacionados a las pandemias, al calentamiento global, a la asistencia medica, a la adquisición de medicamentos y vacunas, es decir es un tema muy amplio que abarca muchas ramas. |

We relate the term global health to the issue concerning any public health impact in each country, that is, when there is a problem in more than two countries and this entails global risks, we can talk about global health, this includes all issues related to pandemics, global warming, medical care, the acquisition of medicines and vaccines, that is, it is a very broad topic that covers many branches.
Existen organizaciones que se encargan de dictar mecanismos para la salud global, estas poseen sedes en casi todos los pises para así poder llevar a cabo registros, incidencias, control y ajustes de sus mecanismos, cuando sea necesario actuar en caso de una propagación de una enfermedad, o la aparición de nuevas enfermedades, su función principal es vigilar y dictar normas para mantener la salud de la población mundial, la principal organización y la más grande es la Organización Mundial de la Salud. |

There are organizations that are in charge of dictating mechanisms for global health, these have headquarters in almost all countries in order to carry out records, incidents, control and adjustments of their mechanisms, when it is necessary to act in the event of a spread of a disease. , or the emergence of new diseases, its main function is to monitor and dictate standards to maintain the health of the world population, the main and largest organization is the World Health Organization.

Para mi el punto más importante es que estas organizaciones son una fachada, lastimosamente han fracasado en su misión, estas organizaciones no velan por la salud mundial, al contrario existen teorías y muy bien respaldadas por cierto, que estas organizaciones solo defienden y están totalmente sometidas por grandes empresas farmacéuticas, por multimillonarios que solo buscan su enriquecimiento, entonces es imposible confiar en estas organizaciones mundiales, pues sus objetivos y su principal acción fueron desviados. |

For me the most important point is that these organizations are a facade, unfortunately they have failed in their mission, these organizations do not look after global health, on the contrary there are theories and very well supported by the way, that these organizations only defend and are totally subject by large pharmaceutical companies, by billionaires who only seek their enrichment, then it is impossible to trust these global organizations, since their objectives and their main action were diverted.

Una organización mundial no puede estar al servicio de un país, no puede venderse a farmacéuticas, al ocurrir esto ya todo fallo, lo hemos podido observar con la lamentable actuación de la OMS en el tratamiento del COVID-19, donde apresuradamente y deliberadamente aprobaron unas vacunas sin todos los estudios correspondientes, esto trajo como consecuencia que muchas personas murieran y enfermaran por estas vacunas, entonces no buscaron una solución sino que al contrario crearon otro problema. |

A global organization cannot be at the service of a country, it cannot sell itself to pharmaceutical companies, when this occurs and every failure, we have been able to observe it with the regrettable performance of the WHO in the treatment of COVID-19, where they hastily and deliberately approved some vaccines without all the corresponding studies, this resulted in many people dying and getting sick from these vaccines, so they did not look for a solution but on the contrary created another problem.

Cuando se trata de algo tan importante como cuidar la vida humana, mantener la salud mundial y elevar la calidad de vida de las personas, no veo que exista un punto con menor importancia, pues venimos a esta mundo a ser amados y dar amor, venimos a este mundo a vivir con plenitud y al existir enfermedades esto se para, se frena y se truncan vidas, por lo que si existen organizaciones mundiales y lideres políticos, su trabajo en cuanto a la salud se refiere debería de ser impecable. |

When it comes to something as important as caring for human life, maintaining global health and raising the quality of life of people, I do not see that there is a point of lesser importance, because we come to this world to be loved and give love, we come this world to live fully and when there are diseases this stops, slows down and lives are cut short, so if there are world organizations and political leaders, their work in terms of health should be impeccable.

Pienso que los esfuerzos, acciones y tomas de decisiones, en cuanto a la salud de un país, deberían de estar dirigidas de manera precisa, me explico, si existen estadísticas por cada país, entonces por dar un ejemplo, en estos momentos estudios dan a un país africano como el más enfermo, entonces todos los esfuerzos deberían ir dirigidos a ese país en particular, es decir atacar el problema todos juntos y con toda nuestras fuerzas, luego cuando ese país salga de ese problema ir al siguiente país y al siguiente problema. |

I think that the efforts, actions and decision-making, regarding the health of a country, should be directed precisely, let me explain, if there are statistics for each country, then to give an example, at the moment studies give an African country as the sickest, then all efforts should be directed to that particular country, that is, attack the problem all together and with all our strength, then when that country gets out of that problem go to the next country and the next problem.

Debemos como humanidad dejar el egoísmo atrás, pienso que si actuáramos más unidos, los resultados serian mejores, las divisiones traen desigualdades y las desigualdades traen problemas, por lo tanto en la unión esta la fuerza. |

Estoy totalmente de acuerdo contigo, las organizaciones con fines sanitarios, son solamente un camino para que las personas que allí trabajan lucren con la salud y, es triste decirlo pero, así tal cual es... La prueba más contundente de ello la vimos durante la pandemia originada por el Covid-19 y, si nos vamos más atrás tenemos el asunto del VIH o el cáncer porque, se han dedicado a lucrar de manera bestial.
