How i became confident? my personal tips
Being confident is very important, but what is not known is the degree of its importance..being confidence can change your whole mentality and your whole life and the lack of confidence will have a negative effect on your carrer, social relations and even your mood! myself i was a very shy guy who was afraid to meet new people and go for stuff i really would love to do, but in the last 2 years i worked on my personality but most important on my self belief and confidence which changed my whole view of life! here is my simple tips:
1-BE YOURSELF:
-Stop CARING how people perceive you!
-Be HONEST and OPEN!
-Stop being a PEOPLE-PLEASER!
-Don't compare yourself to others!
2- THINK POSETIVE:
-Believe you will succed!
-Believe you are the best at whatever you do!
-Analyze what went wrong!
-Push out all feelings that aren't posetive!
3-BE GRATEFUL:
-Cultivate a healthy lifestyle!
- Reminding yourself what you have to be grateful !
-Give Back!
-Just say thank you!

Hey, nice post :) those are good tips but I don't know if I would call them simple. Pushing out all feelings that aren't positive and not caring what other people think can be very challenging for some people (and some negative feelings are also healthy and necessary). But with a practice and dedication one can really improve their self-esteem. :)
