Hey, nice post :) those are good tips but I don't know if I would call them simple. Pushing out all feelings that aren't positive and not caring what other people think can be very challenging for some people (and some negative feelings are also healthy and necessary). But with a practice and dedication one can really improve their self-esteem. :)
