THE RICH ALSO CRY.

A lot of people who are not so rich have this believe that rich people don't have any problem in life. They believe that anything a rich man wants, he gets and as such, rich people don't cry.
But of course, this is not always true because the rich also cry!!!.
On steemit, the rich also cry. Whales, orcas and dolphins are seem has the rich. I came across a dolphin who was complaining of not getting a lot of votes on his post. He has close to 20k steem power and he was lamenting on one of his post that he barely make $2 on his post. He was basically complaining about a lot of things.
So I was wondering why a dolphin who I see has a rich steemian is complaining about not getting enough on his post, so I decided to do a research on him. I noticed that he barely votes on any other person's post, only his post and he makes close to six posts a day and he votes all of them.
The only time he votes anybody, are those commenters on his post. So I said no wonder, that is why he does not get a lot of votes on his posts.
The thing is that, people will vote for you if you vote their post and if you don't vote their post, they will not vote for you most of the time. And the higher votes you vote on somebody post, the higher votes you will get back especially if the person has a large steem power.
So I believe that he was not getting a lot of votes on his post because he was not socializing, basically he was not voting for others too hence they were not voting for him too hence his lamentations about the lack of votes on his post.
The fact is that to get a lot of votes on your post, you need to support others too with your votes and they will support you back, not in all cases though but majority.
Many of those rich steemians getting a lot of votes on their post, support others too with their votes. Especially when they support others with high steem power like them, they get supported back and so their post tends to make a lot. So if he wants to start getting a lot of votes on his post, he needs to start supporting others with his votes too, if not he will continue to lament about the lack of votes on his posts.
Building relationships is important for your growth on steemit, especially when it comes to getting desired support on your post.
