Having been in the design field my entire career, I have worked a lot with photographers over the years and came to to learn that people grossly underestimate the amount of time and effort that goes into the editing process AFTER the shot is taken.
Many take the skillset for granted. The same can actually be said for my sphere of design too I suppose - people come to you with a whole bunch of jumbled jargon and mess, a basic idea - you turn it into something visually impactful and eye catching and then they still moan about the price of the skill set. lol - go figure!
