The west coast of Ibiza, where the sun sets, is one of the most rugged on the island. It has a certain degree of environmental protection and together with the "Illots de Ponent" (The Islets of the West) it forms a natural park. In summer it suffers from tourist pressure, as its almost virgin landscape attracts visitors who want to feel surrounded by nature, which means that in the busiest months, the small roads and paths sometimes reach the point of collapse. Contradictions of our civilisation, mixed with the damage that Instagram has done to these spectacular corners.
I present a panoramic view of this landscape when the hordes of visitors have not yet arrived to take their self-portraits to flood their social media accounts.

La costa oeste de Ibiza, lugar por donde se pone el sol, es una de las más agrestes de la isla. Tiene un cierto grado de protección medioambiental y junto con los "Illots de Ponent" (Los Islotes de Poniente) forma un parque natural. En verano sufre la presión turística, ya que su paisaje casi virgen atrae a los visitantes que quieren sentirse rodeados de naturaleza, lo cual provoca que en los meses de más afluencia, las pequeñas carreteras y caminos lleguen a veces al colapso. Contrasentidos de nuestra civilización, mezclado con el daño que ha hecho Instagram a estos rincones espectaculares.
