Drinking warm water

Water is very important. I always advise drinking as much water as you can throughout the day. It is healthy and good for you to keep drinking water to hydrate and flush out toxins from your body. I personally prefer drinking warm water. It all started in winter when I drank only warm water and avoided cold water because I did not want to suffer with a flu and I believe that drinking cold impacts on that a lot. 

I decided to do some research on drinking warm water. Yes, on hot days you should drink cold water, as it helps too cool down your body temperature, but in this post I will be sharing benefits of drinking warm water. Many health experts recommend drinking warm water as it increases your body's blood circulation and protects your organs from damage. If you drink warm water the first thing every morning, it can help with weight loss. 

It also aids in digestion. It relieves nasal congestion due to the stream and it can help when you have the flu to avoid a s throat. It keeps you calm and calms your nervous system and I can personally agree with this because it helps me and I feel relaxed with warm water after a tiring day.  Warm water helps with constipation, reduces bodily toxins, and can help to relieve the symptoms of achalasia.
