Pleasing God is one of the most important things we have to do if we believe that God is the center of our lives.
Pleasing God is mainly known as worship, in such a way that in my view of things, the primary purpose of life should be to please God since life and everything around us springs from it. Everything you do to please God in an act of worship.
WORSHIP IS A LIFESTYLE.
When we truly worship, our only goal should be to please God, not ourselves.
Worship is not for ourselves. Only for God. Of course, worship has its benefits; but we do not worship to give us the pleasure.
Our motive and what drives us daily should be to glorify our Creator and please .
Jehovah is pleased in those who fear Him, and in those who wait for His mercy.
Psalm 147: 11
WHAT MAKES SMILING GOD?
We already know that pleasing God is the main purpose of our lives, the most important task we have is to discover how to do it.
It is a blessing that the Bible presents us with a very clear example of a life that pleased God.
The man was called Noah. From the study of his whole life we learn five acts of adoration that make God smile.
🔴 God smiles when we love him above all, when we see him first in front of everything that happens.
🔴 When we trust him completely.
🔴 When we obey him wholeheartedly.
🔴 When we praise him and we express a continuous gratitude for what he has done in our lives.
🔴 And when we fulfill its purposes.
What God most wants of us his children is that we have communion with him. He loves you with all his heart and wishes, in reciprocity, that you love him too.
Jesus said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.Matthew 22: 37-38
Pleasing God is equal to honoring God is equal to obeying God. When this is present in our life then we can say we are living for Him.
