Deutsch im Anschluß…

Good morning!

Maybe today is a good day to start a new community. Not that the Steem necessarily needs another one. But - maybe I need it. Or you. Or you. Or you all ;-)) We all have our reasons for being active here on the platform. Nevertheless, we all have our moments when we are very dissatisfied with the way things are going. My approach then is always to actively look for possibilities of change. For the better, of course ;-))

What I have been missing so far is a place for LITERATURE. A place where neither reporting nor lexical enlightenment is called for, but the beautiful art of writing. Things with words for their own sake ;-)) There are unbelievably good writers on the Steem, all of whom publish their work in a scattered and isolated way. We have poets, essayists and novelists. We have a whole bookshop on board - only they can't be found. @chriddi, @pedrobrito2004, @doro2021, @sofian88, @smartmethaw, ...

Many thoughts revolved around the founding of a community for scribblers. Most of them were quickly buried again. When @dove11 and @damithudaya approached me with their idea, they didn't need to persuade me - I was immediately hooked. Then - nothing happened for a while. Everyday life, other offline and Steem engagements kept us from implementing the plan swiftly. A few weeks later, the two initiators concentrated on other projects. Even though I am currently left alone with our "baby", the gentlemen still bear a little responsibility. The keys for the community account will continue to be managed by the three of us; no one can misuse the wallet on their own. This should remain the highest principle of our actions: the community is a public and yet protected place for its members. As long as the work as admin of this group doesn't get on top of me, I will be there for you alone. Actually, however, I would like the exact opposite ;-)) Roll over me! Then it'll work out with moderators ;-))

Even though we already have a first post within the community even before the official initiation: dear Steem friends - please don't just follow me, but in the future also the community account, @hive-107855, to stay up to date. Tomorrow I will publish a small guide that should make blogging within this community a little more orderly and easier for everyone.

As a very young community, we do not yet have the Steem Power in the back of our hands to be able to effectively support our authors from the very beginning. My own delegation within the framework of my "liquidity" can only be an insufficient basis for what we have in mind: please think about whether you are willing and able to provide the necessary power in a kind of crowdfunding on your part by delegating to the community account. Many thanks in advance!

Full of good hope that I have aroused your interest and commitment, I would like to conclude by pointing out our clear set of rules: please familiarise yourself with them already! And, don't forget: for more information follow @hive-107855... ;-))

Guten Morgen!

Vielleicht ist heute ein guter Tag, eine neue Community ins Leben zu rufen. Nicht, daß der Steem unbedingt eine weitere braucht. Aber – vielleicht brauche ich sie. Oder Du. Oder Du. Oder Ihr ;-)) Wir alle haben unsere Gründe, hier auf der Plattform aktiv zu sein. Trotzdem haben wir auch alle unsere Momente, wo wir sehr unzufrieden sind damit, wie Dinge laufen. Mein Ansatz ist dann immer, aktiv nach Möglichkeiten der Veränderung zu suchen. Zum besseren natürlich ;-))

Was mir bislang gefehlt hat, ist ein Platz für LITERATUR. Ein Ort, an dem weder Berichterstattung noch lexikalische Aufklärung gefragt ist, sondern die schöne Kunst des Schreibens. Sachen mit Wörtern eben, um ihrer selbst willen ;-)) Es gibt unglaublich gute Autoren auf dem Steem, die alle verstreut und vereinzelt ihre Werke veröffentlichen. Wir haben Dichter, Essayisten und Romanciers. Wir haben eine ganze Buchhandlung an Bord – nur sie finden sich nicht. @chriddi, @pedrobrito2004, @doro2021, @sofian88, @smartmethaw, ...

Viele Gedanken kreisten um die Gründung einer Community für Schreiberlinge. Die meisten wurden ganz schnell wieder begraben. Als @dove11 und @damithudaya mit ihrer diesbezüglichen Idee auf mich zukamen, brauchten sie mich nicht überreden – ich war sofort eingefangen. Dann – passierte eine Weile nichts. Der Alltag, andere offline- und Steem-Engagements haben uns davon abgehalten, den Plan zügig umzusetzen. Einige Wochen später haben sich die beiden Initiatoren auf andere Projekte konzentriert. Auch wenn ich momentan alleine übrig geblieben bin mit unserem „Baby“: ein klein bißchen Verantwortung tragen die Herren dennoch. Die Keys für den Community-Account werden von uns auch weiterhin zu dritt verwaltet; niemand kann im Alleingang die Wallet mißbräuchlich nutzen. Das soll auch weiterhin oberstes Prinzip unserer Handlungen bleiben: die Community ist ein öffentlicher und dennoch geschützter Ort für seine Mitglieder. So lange mir die Arbeit als Admin dieser Gruppe nicht über den Kopf wächst, werde ich alleine für Euch da sein. Eigentlich wünsche ich mir allerdings genau das Gegenteil ;-)) Überrollt mich! Dann wird das auch was mit Moderatoren ;-))

Auch wenn wir bereits einen ersten Post innerhalb der Community sogar noch vor der offiziellen Initiation verzeichnen können: liebe Steem-Freunde – folgt bitte nicht nur mir, sondern künftig auch dem Community-Account, @hive-107855, um auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben. Ich werde morgen noch einen kleinen Leitfaden veröffentlichen, der das Bloggen innerhalb dieser Community etwas ordnen und für alle vereinfachen soll.

Als blutjunge Community haben wir noch keine Steem Power in der Hinterhand, um von Anfang an effektiv unsere Autoren unterstützen zu können. Meine eigene Delegation im Rahmen meiner „Liquidität“ kann nur ungenügende Grundlage für das sein, was wir vorhaben: bitte denkt darüber nach, ob Ihr in einer Art Crowdfunding Eurerseits bereit und in der Lage seid, mit einer Delegation an den Community-Account für die nötige Power zu sorgen.
