Bismillah Best DUM Biryani on Singapore's Michelin Guide
In Singapore, we stay pretty close to Little India Singapore. Some locals recommend this Bismillah Biryani Restaurant as they serve Best Dum Biryani in Singapore and they're also featured on Singapore's Michelin Guide.. Whoa! Crazy, huh?
Not just regular biryani you see, it's dum biryani!
We gave it a try as literally it's located just right around the corner from where we're staying. We order this kid goat biryani which I assume it's like, baby goat? young goat? It's just flavourful but not too intense. Good taste I love!
We went there way too early so the other stuffs we'd like to try was not even ready. Though, we tried some Indian dessert! Their mango lassa was alright for me but youuuuu The Kulfi is super duper good like, reall! I was skeptical at first as it somehow smells like fragrance. Once I found out oh! it's rose, then I was in love! The pistachio in the Kulfi too!
What is Kulfi? Kulfi has similarities to ice cream in appearance and taste, but it is denser and creamier. It comes in various flavours. The more traditional ones are cream (malai), rose, mango, cardamom (elaichi), saffron (kesar or zafran), and pistachio.
If you're travelling in Singapore and looking for some Great indian cuisines or where to eat Indian Food.. Like, really good one. Then hesitate no more and go get that masala rice into your tummy!

Wish I knew. Could have brought u guys to better eating places around the area. Try hotel81@rochor or Perak hotel next time. Both also in the vicinity. Pricier but much better.
