Something to wake up the senses! A full on breakfast to start the day.
This is Spicy Chorizo with Chickpeas and Toasted Bread.
Another dish from the Leap Frog cafe in Wanneroo, Western Australia.
This dish is not as spicy as the color of the sauce projects it to be. In fact there is lots of tomatoes and other herbs in the dish. They also use pork to bring about this meaty flavor which enhances the flavoring to a much higher value.
In the end, I was extremely pleased with this dish and the crispy bread just made it all the better!
