What matters

in ART LOVERS5 years ago

"It's there! How dare you. Don't lie to me I have it black on white!"

A furious dad was never attractive to have around but he was right.

"You'll pay for this count on it!"

He looked at me and knew I wasn't on his side, not this time, we worked hard to build something, to be accepted.

We sat on the sofa, waited for dad to calm down as long as he kept pacing up and down it was safer to keep our mouths shut.

My cousin was a troublemaker loved kicking against everything.

I studied him, asked myself again why he never acted normal, what was wrong with him?

His parents didn't want him, I felt pity for him.

I knew my father didn't blame me although I begged him to let him stay with us more as once but he was evil.

Dad stood at the window and stared outside holding the papers in his hand and no longer yelled, he was clearly into deep thoughts and didn't respond as I left.

Dad was right and so was the time, he leaves now there is enough room outside on the street.

Evil..

I knew he was bad, his heart was cold as ice and his parents were right as they...

"What are you doing in my room, this is my stuff are you out of your mind have you any idea how much it took me..."

His face turned purple and for a moment I thought I saw steam come out of his ears and horns pop out of his head.

"If you want it, jump."

"What takes you so long, jump!"

I held the window wide open I knew he could do it.

"You filthy witch."

He hissed like the snake in Paradise just not as impressive.

"One, two, three,... at ten you have to be out of here or you will regret it, five, six, seven,... he didn't set a foot closer to me, seven, eight, nine..."

He roared loud but it was too late.

I dropped the fireball.

"Pity you didn't jump my dear cousin how I loved to see you go up in fire together with your precious stuff."

"I make you pay for this, you can't do this to me, you have..."

"I can, I have the power and will use it since you are one of those who only scream and shout, show no respect to other's property."

Too lazy he was to learn, to grab the chances given to him out of pity mainly.

He never had put any effort into what he did, blamed it all on being different, the society, not being accepted.

"You, you and your father, this whole family, all of you are traitors of our race, blind for the reality."

"It is all written on that wall, the truth can not be neglected, look out of that window, you're black, one of us you'll never be one of them!"

He "fell".
