Toe issues

Painful they are.

My toenails I mean. According to @gertu toenails are not painful they are like hair. My nails are not. My hair is not great but way better as my nails.

The only time I had better nails on my fingers even long was as I stayed in hospital this year.
Before and after they were bad, worse, broke and are painful.

My feet are not made for walking and not made for shoes.
Some of my nails I had removed several times and I can sure you that is very painful.
For years every few years the nails of my biggest toes fell of and a nice new one grew underneath it.
Some nails are no nails like mine. I can remember my father cut them lose of my toe with a scalpel. That is painful too but less painful as removing them and a string stuck through your toe.

At times it is better to have no nails at all. I remember it was less painful laying in bed covered by a blanket without my biggest toenail as with. The pressure of that nail is very painful, it hurts my toe and causes nerve pains that keep me out of my sleep or wake me up.

Back to the weird nails. Probably the nail bed is damaged and that is the reason why the nails do not grow like they should.
