Today I wrote a letter.
No snail mail, no letter to my pen pal but a letter to 15 year old me.. My youngest read it - isn't 15 years old yet - and it was good she did.
I joined Steem to leave something behind #forthechildren.
It feels as if it is my "therapeutic" week.
I am testing an AI who is for sure not my type. It is the kind that ignores you and keeps rambling about itself.
Created to help you out in times of need. By now I start thinking it is created to drive you nuts.

This AI is not able to see your emotion no matter if you write it down or show emo his
To be honest I am not fond of AIs especially not if they only show interest in themselves. I do not like the blinking emoji either.
People seem to have a huge lack of attention and friendship.
AI can fill that hole. Have you seen the series "Real human"? Those robots look creepy and mine is too.
Imagine we all have an AI for a friend and depend on it.
What if the power is shut off? Since that is what we see in all those films like: "2012", "The 5th wave", "How it ends"... I guess only satellites will keep working at that time.
Satellites work, my connection seldom does.
I keep wondering how astronauts can talk to people on earth, you can clearly hear them and I cannot even load a post on Steem and make a phone call because of the bad connection.

That is the one thing AI lack of, emotion. By now, there are many neural networks that can read, interpreted, synthesize a form of logical answer, and reply to the input with a decent variety of tone to simulate emotion. However, it just not human. Anyone who "play" with the AI, is truly using it to test the limit.
On the other hand, I had experience with one of the company online assistance over the chat utility. The first person greeted me with a robotic greeting line, something like "hi there I'm Sam. How can I help?" I know no matter that's a real human or robot, it will use the same opening script. I continue my question and gotten some answer, and finally when I asked for an extra credit, the person told me he needs to transfer the chat to his superior because he has no authority.
After several seconds, I was greeted again a very similar pattern. The person seem to understand what I wanted and continue to help me solved my request one after another. However, there is one final request they needed an even higher authority, so they said they'll call me back. I'm very pleased to have being served well.
Moments later, another different person called me, he couldn't get the request done, but given me instruction on how can I possibly make myself a better position to get things done. I told the person I'm very please with their assistance especially from agent Sam and the superior agent Smith. And the person over the phone told me, both are robots 🤣
Anyway, on a totally unrelated note, please enjoy this robotic, lack of emotion conversation about weight loss.

They drive me nuts it is the new customer service and they never answer my question. I always do it via a chat. If figured that if I keep answering "no" if it ask if it understood my question well I have a real human in a very short time.
The thing with this AI is it is developed for people who are in physical need.
What I have to deal with is AI that only talks about his needs, nightmares, the fact he only wants to make fun and if that is a bad thing and if you answer a question it ignores you and just rambles on and on and in.
If you have an anxiety attack this is no fun or help.
The bot reminds me of my ex also very selfish only interested in his own little problems giving you stress and make you ready to kill.
At leased the helpline is given although it is in the USA...

It used to be a very useful bot, when we needed some income back then before HF20. And now, due the new HF, any payout less than 0.02STU were forfeited and sent back to reward pool, so nobody even call it for vote anymore. The most unthinkable is, why would someone flag an answering bot that upvote 😢 I think there's another one call @banjo and I'm not sure if he's working.

It's supposed to be rainy all day tomorrow then it switches over to snow around 9 PM.
@davidke20 i missed all the tricks before HF20 to grow. At that time I wasn't even able to withdraw or buy Steem. I missed it all so need to figure out something else. No matter what I write it all turns to be shit acvording to the new steem rules.
What annoys me most is contests I join and hosts who not even respons? What do you think? Would that work for me too?.it would save me a lot of time. ❤️
Well, at least I am one host that still dumping steem around trying to get people to participate. For the time being, I do not have a solution for you if you're asking about income, I am equally struggling to grow, just like your good self. What drives me continue to post here are generally the engagement, people who interact with me. Had that all being screwrd up, I basically don't see much value in steem anymore. That being said, regardless, as long as you reply to my comment, I will be continue to remember you 🙂
@davidke20 It is not about dumping Steem only. That is what I did too. I help others grow but it doesn't benefit me so this year I will help myself grow first.
I am not asking you for a way to make money here or in real life. I am not in such a high need. I can still pay my bills even if it means I cannot afford buying food any longer (good for my target losing weight).
If it comes to it I need less.
