It was not. They were freewriters, each one wrote a story, one did the editing and arranged the publishing. I have the book. Most if not everyone left.

This is how it works:
If you upvote your CSI goes up plus you receive a part of the earnings.
So for you it is better to upvote trending posts, those with a high amount/high earnings.
If you visit a community upvoten goes fast

If your SP is 100% upvote
Only 9 a day 100%
Or 18 a day 50% which goes faster.
If your SP is lower than 80% you are "punished" so was I and @patjewell wrote about it.

For posting, commenting you need SP too. If you upvote this way it takes you about 4-5 days to be around 10 or higher.

Tip: Do not comment if you upvote since it takes more time.

I forward posts which I want to upvote later.

It takes me time too to write and most of my time is wasted with tags, links, pictures next to commenting, upvoting.

Btw patjewell told me with 4 posts/week you are a regular writer. If you write more on one day you could leave it in steemit and post it next day.
