Extraordinary Attorney Woo

Have you seen Extraordinary Attorney Woo?
This is about an aitostic girl who becomes a lawyer and, thanks to her photographic memory, wins many unlikely cases that another lawyer would not take on or lose. Lawyer Woo is indeed different from others but the question is whether she would be considered normal if she were not autistic but had high intelligence and a photographic memory. Personally, I think not.
Woo was raised by her father who therefore stopped studying law. Her father is a hardworking man who will do anything for his daughter, but is also lonely.
Incidentally, after a difficult start, lawyer Woo is appreciated by the law firm that wants to employ her. Woo has a good friend who, among other things, advises her how to behave in order to be accepted. The advice is followed although it does not always end well.
As the series progresses, Woo seems to change more and more and becomes aware of what others think, how they feel and becomes more social.
Like everyone else, she wonders how it feels to be in love, whether she will ever get married, and when she does find the right one, she seems to be able to break off the relationship easily after hearing how his sister feels about her.

The prompts piles of books (all those law books Woo read and laws she memorized as an 8 year old), fast and dirty (is an collegue who tries to get rid of her and so are many cases), network (if her dad didn't study she would never been hired which means one needs to network to get somewhere), busy street (it would drive her crazy but she manges, even takes public transport, by using a headphone), emboidered table cothes (I doubt you will find them in the small restaurant her father runs) and wool festival (good topic for the next case to defend)... if you think about if all fit in her life.

Watch this catching series and while you do ask yourself how tolerant you are if this girl would be your daughter, sister, friend, co-worker or partner for life.
I loved to watch this series. This girl Woo-Young-Woo makes me smile (gosh is she beautiful) just like she does to the man Lee Jun-ho who loves her but can't or doesn't dare to speak out (too shy or too afraid?).

You can watch this series on Netflix or watch it here

I've been thinking of watching this as the last 2 korean series I have watched turned out to be something I have enjoyed a lot.

I must say the Korean ones I saw were all good. Can be I picked the right ones but I did enjoy them. I would say give this a try. I love it.

Ok, i will do so. I just recently finished a K-series called Extracurricular and it started strong but now that I have finished the entire series I want that 10 hours of my life back. :)

Oh gosh, that sounds bad. I'll have a look if I can find it.

Have you tried writing the screenplay yourself?

What do you mean by writing the screenplay myself?

I asked you - do you write scripts for serials? If not, then perhaps you should at least try your hand at writing. You are doing well, and it is interesting to you

Well, I did write. I joined NaNoWriMo too (past years) but at this moment I kind of lost the spirit if it comes to writing, editing the books/tales so...

Perhaps one day and if not it's fine too. My children read most of my stories and liked them. 😊

Try it, Joan Collins didn't start publishing as a baby)

I know and during the lockdown a +90 year old wrote a book and published but it's not me. Not today and not with a phone. Plus I wrote in English and if I need to translate it back to publish or find a way to edit and publish in English. I tried but can't.
