Today I show you a plate of food.

There is not more to show. I am still on a diet and although it goes slow I loose weight. With the youngest it even goes slower but therefore the child eats more as I.

We are less fit.
I invest my time in more sleep. That is what I need most. Sleep. I have hardly had it in my life. As long as I do not need to get in my car I don't care if I am in a coma.

The longer I am on a diet the less appetite I have.
Who knows I can live without food soon.

What you see on the plate is rice with peanut sauce.
Some call it peanut soup, that is wrong. We ate it twice lately. It is good to keep you warm (I add hot pepper to it and garlic).

You can make a great soup out of it too.
Just make it thinner and add some vegetables to it and do not forget the red pepper. Good for colder days like today.

I will not join them since there is less or none food on my table and I doubt you are interested in seeing a photo of one or two boiled eggs.
