That is good for me since I need to provide others in Steem, SBI, commentcoin, etc and believe me that is hard work.
Community life.
In 2019 the community grew and changed.
Not only if it comes to its members but they are more active too and are willing to invest. For sure they are not the ones writing the shortest posts. @team-ccc grew a bit too thanks to three members who were willing to delegate SP no matter what it does to their voting power. Personally, I think these members should be rewarded more. If you invest more you should be rewarded more too.
Keep in mind that if you receive an upvote it is thanks to these 3 members only!
If your vote is not worth much like @fitinfun stated, considering delegating SP to @team-ccc. The upvote(s) you receive are already a good reward plus if you delegate you to invest!

The community uses the commentcoin for her contests. It was @freedomshift who bought them. He uses them too. It is a good way to be seen and get rewarded for the comments you give. So if you invest some time in commenting your fellow members their entries you have a great amount in no time.
@team-ccc, @wakeupkitty, @freedomshift, @gertu, @felixgarciap, @marblely, @olivia08 are all members who use them.
Keep in mind that if you never comment, reach out to someone, leave a compliment, you have no reason to be mad no one notices you. Sooner or later you can forget about your comments and... upvotes because no one shows up on your doorstep!

Don't ask me why I came up with this word it just popped up in my mind.
It is not because @qurator put me in the picture and on their "wall" although I feel happy and very honored.
It has to do with community life too, especially the closeness of this small community. No matter how we feel we care, connect, cover each others and your back and... are happy to share with you.
We do, even if you do not follow all the rules.
