Why won't this happen, when many a people lacks maintenance culture. I mean, why won't the drainage get blocked when refuses are dumped in them by some ridiculous individuals, who barely know the importance of environmental sanitation? This problems can be avoided in most cases if we learn to protect our surroundings.
