Monitoring your mining rigs remotely

I'm a Windows user, always have been, always will be . I've used MacBook Air, which is a great device, for longer than a year and when I got back to my Windows brick (thicc!) I was relieved. I've occasionally used Linux, mostly Ubuntu, and Puppy on my lower end machines. Long story short, I've found out that the best mining OS for me is Windows.

I have 8 rigs; some of them are just 1 GPU towers as well as 8 GPU towers. I was carrying an LCD monitor around to make changes or recover them if stuck and never had the chance to setup a remote connection, until yesterday. I found an hour spare time to spend on updating my management skills!

I remember the days of TeamViewer single digit versions; so I started my journey with TeamViewer 13 (the latest). Installed the full-fledged version to my laptop which I use daily for work, and installed the Remote Access versions to my rigs. It's both under the same installation file, so you don't need to worry about downloading multiple items. And as I'm using them for my personal interest, I'm using the free tier!

Installation is easy with a twitch, you have to confirm all your new devices to be added to your account. Yes! Create an account, for sure! This way, you can easily connect to all your rigs without any Access Code, Computer ID, and such numbers. Just your account and you're in.
