I think I’m almost ready to stop completely. I managed to smoke only 2 cigarettes today. I think tomorrow I will try to stop completely.

I realize I’m smoking and eating more due to boredom. I need to plan some new activities.

I need to learn how to stop for good. I end up smoking just one. And it turns into 2 then 3 . Then a whole pack then 20.
