Doing pancakes since 2008, but like it thinner - when you put a little less than a soup laddle on the frying pan.

Thank you, its a work in progress, having a hard time getting comfortable with electric stove and different pans than I had for many years. I like them thinner too..but have just started learning and plan to be a master, will continue to eat each mistake I make until I get there.
