Background

The government of Malta is set to make the island an international center for blockchain-related business and technology.

Recently, the Maltese Parliament has passed three bills on the regulation of the crypto industry and thus became one of the first world jurisdictions with blockchain legislation.

Two of the largest crypto exchanges out there, Binance and OKEx, have already announced their relocation to Malta, giving credence to the Blockchain Island’s ambitions and making The Malta Blockchain Summit the hottest ticket in town.
