Today was a day of travelling so I’m quite happy to have managed almost 8k activity. I’ve done a transatlantic flight followed by a stop at Lisbon airport where I did most of my total activity, I then had another flight and a long drive so I’m quite content with that activity as I’ve spent over 11 hours out of the last 24 in a plane seat!
