The Texas Skywalk for TreeTuesday
This is an educational Skywalk that is located in the Children's Garden at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden in Dallas, Texas.
I took these photos June 6 and thankfully this walkway is shaded and was quite enjoyable since it is in the shade of the trees!
I think it is great that they list all this information right by the tree and you can use this as a fun teaching outing for schools or your own children or grandchildren!
From the Skywalk you can't take good photos of the entire tree, but you can see the trees up close and personal and see the bark and leaves.
Have a Blessed Day!

Lovely photos! I was once in a Japanese Garden in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Is it part of the arboretum?
No it's not. I just did a search for it and it is about an hour from where I live north of Dallas. Now i have a new place I want to visit! See below!

Have a great day!
Well ... that was just awesome. I think we need more walks like that and more signs telling us what we are looking at. I took my son berry picking in the woods yesterday for wild red huckleberries but there were a few varieties of berries I really wish I knew what they were.
Did you take pics? Did you make a post about it?
Oh I sure should have ... I met there are a few steemians that could have helped out:)
You just planted 0.13 tree(s)!

@violetmedI liked many photos and I love nature, and that beauty of each tree, and the green color of its leaves is wonderfully beautiful, it is very beautiful to know the trees and their name to identify them enjoying the walk and knowing a lot about them and our nature which is a great treasure.
They are beautiful shots, I believe kids would definitely hyper-happy, I could remember when I was a kid going for jungle or forest exploration was the best things i admired I had no idea why it so, but I could say children appreciate beauty of nature most, may be that help me to had interest in nature photographer.. and told many regards me as butterfly guy hehehe... Thx for share your experience.
Nice to know Dallas has trees. :-)
That is nice so that folks can learn about the different trees! Thanks for posting to Tree Tuesday :)
