Striking Flower Bud and Blooms
I believe these buds and blooms are oleanders.
I photographed them on a hike on vacation in North Carolina in June.
They were just beginning to bloom.
All parts of this plant are toxic to pets and people, so I would never plant one in my yard, but I do think they are beautiful!

They are quite beautiful, toxic plants always seem to be the prettiest. Do you think the people can be the same...I wonder at times.LOL
