7 inspirational examples of the better alternative to social justice and communism: The Heroic Spirit of the poor who do not beg
There are many Social Justice Hooligans calling for all sorts of free stuff all over the world. They even ask for $15 USD per hour. If a person works 2000 hours a year, that's 30K for minimum wage. In developing countries, this could be more than double the salary of a teaching professional. There are even lawyers who earn less than the equivalent of 30,000 USD in some of these 3rd world nations. Some commies call healthcare a basic human right. Many have written about this. Even I've written about this here:
Instead of using logic I thought of using an alternative for a change. I'm not an emotional person. I'm not even a person who's willing to have a conversation with an emotional person. Today I'm going to show some EXAMPLES to illustrate how much of a low born scum a person has to be to become a communist.
Let's start with a 3 year old
__It's pretty hard to indoctrinate a 3 year old. Kids tend to be more real and genuine and in their natural states. This orphan girl knows basic human dignity. She's not asking to be payed $15 an hour. She's not even asking free stuff. 100 Indian Rupees is only $1.54 USD. She is selling stuff on the streets to earn that $1.54 USD. How about we make the minimum wage $15 and instead of giving it to the workers, put that in a fund to donate to these street vendors in developing nations. Would the protesters agree???
Old people trying to make an honest living
I've yet to see any political activist or influential keyboard warrior starting up a movement or at least a hashtag for these old workers. There are total idiots talking about building a better world all the while working less and less. Some wants to see 4 hour work days because working is hard. Now here is a 100 year old lady for you. I think millenials could learn a bunch from her.
Take a look at these people with disabilities
Nobody is there to take care of these people. Sometimes these people have to take care for other family members (generally children or a parent). I've almost never seen an entitled street vendor. I think I've seen at max 3 real jerks. On the contrary more than half of the millennials I see are entitled pricks. It gets worse when it comes to college. It gets unbearably terrible when it comes to government funded colleges. I'd say those "education" funds are better used helping people who are struggling to make an honest living. Make things easier for them. Give them some space to setup a shop. Give them some basic stuff that are needed for their work and allow themselves to fend for themselves with their heads held high.
Courage to never back down
Even the young can have the courage and strength in character. New Hollywood movies tend to add character flaws to their so called "Heroes" to bring them down and "humanize" them. Broken people with super powers don't make heroes. Heroism is psycho-spiritual. It's a state of mind and a state of commitment. Heroism isn't about doing stuff but about being something.
As for a final example of trying to take care of your life without begging someone or putting guilt into them, here is a man who had 150 people working for him and then he lost it all. He seems to have had some sort of brain damage. He's still ready to go out and work. If people with better functioning brains acted with in the same spirit, the world would certainly become better. People tend to look at big names........ celebrities, politicians, "academics" for inspiration and what to do with their lives. They are looking at the wrong place. Your post makes me remember an idea I couldn't undergo in Venezuela, for reasons beyond my control. It was something about how ordinary people chose to make their own way to improve their domestic economy (by being novice entrepreneurs) as the comunist regime struggled to destroy it day in and day out. Beyond being inspirational, I find ypur article unveiling of sound trues about the real sense of human dignity. Thank you very much.

I'm glad you got out of Venezuela. Governments don't want to develop entrepreneurial spirit. They want people depending on them. It's basically just neo-slavery. The entire system of government welfare is 50% political agendas 49% slavery and 1% helping people for real.
People who scream for more welfare are dragging everyone of us into a hell. What we really need is to create good opportunities for people who are actually doing good work. Just imagine the people in above videos getting support to setup their own businesses. With their courage and effort they can become prosperous. Instead of doing that, governments are wasting money on welfare. They might as well burn their money. Entrepreneurs breeds Entrepreneurs. Welfare breeds more welfare (and therefor more taxes and less freedom).

Wow, thank you very much! I'm for individual freedom too. Goverrments don't, because FREE CITIZENS represents the stopping wall for its natural tendency to grow and overcome individuals.
Much of my country's current tragedy is that most of political parties are populists. They rely on drag people to vote, as cattle, by promising them assorted things. A classical promise is a water tank, wherever there is no good (or not at all) access to tap water. So "you better vote for me, because I am giving you a tank for your water". But never those persons will get real access to water, which is run by a public company. They get tap water, and you lose chance to drag those persons to vote for you.
Before leaving Venezuela, I warned the most I could, about two fences being raised around my people. One outside, trying to turn our cities in our jails, so to isolate us. The other fence, inside us, by take control of our stomachs. Well, the second fence became so real, that people make unbelievable long lines in ordet to get their Fatherland Carnet, which entitles them to receive a bag with some food ON A MONTHLY BASIS. Also access to medical and many other State run services. You may be denied to get your Fatherland Carnet, if you get spotted as an active opponent to the government (they prefer to tag you as "traitor to the Fatherland"). If you are banned, you become a non-person. Now that's communism: you as a slave to the government, or bust.
People living in poverty want pretty much the same thing we do: Have the chance to live well, have a home, raiser their children and have a long and happy life. If a poor person has education to look after him or herself, will thrive. If this person has been taught to depend, parasite or, worse, been deprived of education, will be a slave of anoyone else all of his life. And that's a universal truth.
Finally, thanks again for your suggestions and, please, keep bringing those wonderful, decent, inspiring persons, so we never forget that the light can shed from anywhere.

Happiness doesn't require money .
I was really insulted by what you wrote. People don't set the minimum standards for what it takes to get by it gets set for them by demand, demands of those above them. It those above them you should be picking on instead of insulting those who demand that those above them stop being so greedy and making life unbearable. Most people who go to work barely make enough to meet basic requirements of rent, utilities and food. Sounds to me like you'd be happier if they were all out in the street selling pens and banana's while living in straw huts. Well I'll agree with you just as soon as you donate all the money you spend on going to the movies and playing video games because at that point you are way further ahead then a vast majority of those trying to get to fifteen dollars an hour. I don't argue that there are people who feel entitled but it is definitely not the crowd demanding enough to cover daily living expenses in exchange for their labor. Just because people have the here to all to stand up and demand change doesn't make them any better or worse just more courageous to stand up for themselves. I am sure that in India there are those living way above the means of others and just like here those are the people who you need to be chastising. The world is full of varying differentials in cultures, customs, equality, no one making less then fifteen dollars an hour is going to change that, you are barking up the wrong tree for they are the people selling the banana's, it can't be apples to apples comparison with so many diverse cultures, it never will be.

Not at all. My entire point is that there are lazy entitled bums calling for welfare while some hard working people are barely making anything. In many developing countries starting salary of a teacher is only $200 - $250 per month and there are kids flipping burgers protesting for $15 per hour. This is the same thing said in a different way.
I've never agreed someone flipping burgers should be paid fifteen dollars an hour, it's absurd considering that people doing backbreaking hard labor in a factory aren't making that kind of money. If they raised the rate to that amount no one would want to do the hard jobs. Anyway, like the guy said in the video minimum wage does cost jobs but then on the other hand those who lose their jobs will also find jobs with a better wage eventually. Most states in the US restaurants (usually those not corporate owned) pay about half of what the min. wage is, they are allowed to by law as long as the tips the worker makes equal out to the min. wage. Like I state I live in I think it's three eighty five a hour, if the worker doesn't makes enough tips to make up the rest then the owner has to put in the rest above the three eighty five. Another point people miss and I had this debate with a friend a few weeks ago is that if a wage goes up fifty cents an hour that doesn't mean the cost of a burrito goes up fifty cents. He argued with me over that for quite a while. I just took a simple number like if the owner sold 200 burritos a day the cost would be spread out among that many burritos, which for most products is minuscule compared to what the government is spending to subsidize a substandard cost of living. Sort of like the debate that raged when that large chain pizza company, I think it was Papa Johns, complained about how much it was going to cost him to pay for Obama care, when someone sat down and figured it out cost per pizza sold it came out to adding ten cents to a pizza, it was minuscule and he was left belittled and embarrassed over his comment. That's because all these huge corporations just think about their personal bottom line, how can I not have to pay this, they don't think how people wouldn't even sniffle about paying ten cents more if something was significantly going to improve people's lives. (not that Obama care ended up being that simplistic overall for other reasons) Yes you could argue that means every products a person buys could end up being ten cents more and that adds up but it's a cost most people wouldn't be that alarmed about per se as if it was fifty cents more a product. If a person ends up spending a couple bucks more at the store for their groceries it's still going to be more beneficial to have the raise. The problem in the US is the loss of manufacturing jobs and the US is gearing towards more service oriented jobs that have historically paid less then manufacturing jobs, I'd agree those wages have to go up but no where near to where they are demanding. It's almost laughable if one has ever worked a real labor intensive job. Where the problem lays is in the reflection that these multi-million and billion corporations reaping huge profits by taking their jobs off shores with no accountability to guarantee to improve the standards of living in third world countries, they aren't helping anyone but their own bottom line. Why pay someone fifteen dollars an hour when you can pay fifty cents or less, no benefits, no workers compensation insurance if someone gets injured, no unemployment, no regulatory demands. (which would offset global warming if you happen to believe they are a main contributor, and as a matter of fact the transportation of those products back to their original country of origins adds even more carbon fuels to the debate) This is where the problem is, people taking advantage of other people and even the environment to line their bottom line. When Oreo's went to Mexico the price of Oreo's didn't drop, neither did refrigerators, washers, dryers, cars, etc., and it all minimally had a positive reflection upon the lives of the people working for these firms versus the benefits the companies reeked. This whole tend of keeping people down for the benefit of the few has to stop, I don't care if that's in the USA or a third world country. We have to give people a chance to improve and build upon their own lives not just the lives of a handful of people but they won't do that because then they can't keep people dependent upon them.

The problem with minimum wage, Obamacare etc is not the immediate cost. The monetary cost is small but the opportunity cost is MASSIVE. You can read a full description on this at That Which is Seen, and That Which is Not Seen By Frédéric Bastiat written during the mid 19th century.
The problem isn't paying few extra bucks. The problem is that most of it is getting wasted. At its peak some BTC Tx cost over $100 USD. If that money wasn't payed in fees, it would have been used for something else. Everything is better on STEEM because of Fee-less Tx. Money is required to enforce regulations. Money is required to distribute the rewards.
Prosperity is never built on consumption. It can only be built on savings. When the workers who got a raise/benefits spend a few extra bucks every time they shop, most of the gains get wiped away. Benefits tend to cost more when they are given by a company. For an example different people needs different kinds of healthcare plans. A healthy person may only need to cover for accidents and other potentially expensive procedures. When a company is giving healthcare benefits, a healthy person would be getting covered for something completely unnecessary. Paying out of pocket is cheaper than insurance as these companies have to pay their employees and make profits. Hundreds of millions of dollars are getting wasted all over the planet simply because companies have their own healthcare plans for employees. The only exception is the hospitals/insurance companies.
It depends. Most manufacturing jobs are not different from what the local companies are providing. So except for some job creations, no benefits for the local economy. But when it comes to services and software jobs, the foreign companies are far better than the local ones. They have better salaries and better benefits and I don't personally know a single person who is willing to say that they'd work for a local company instead of a foreign one. This is due to the cost of living difference. 1st world companies can save 50% expenses while giving much better employment for 3rd world countries when it comes to non-manufacturing jobs.
