Introduction

I am victory622. I am writing this post to apply for Translator role (Simplified Chinese) in DaVinci project that is cooperated with Utopian-io. I am a 4th year PhD student works in electronic design automation field from Politecnico di Torino in Italy. Based on my own experience, I used many open source software and my research works also include developing open-source platform to help computer and electronic engineers overcome the limitation of commercial tools and platforms. Therefore, I would like to contribute back to the open source community. I have used English language to publish more than 15 academic conference papers and journals. I have started translating open source projects in my spare time via Utopian and Crowdin since last December and would like to continue my translation work in DaVinci Witness Project.

我是victory622. 我打算申请DaVinci和Utopian合作组织的简体中文语言翻译工作。我是一名四年级的博士生，在意大利的都灵理工进行电子设计自动化的研究工作。因为自己的专业背景，我使用了很多开源软件工具，而且自己的研究项目也包括了设计开源的平台，去帮助计算机和电子工程师克服使用商业工具和平台的限制。因此，我希望自己可以回馈开源社区。我已经使用英语发表了超过15篇学术会议论文和期刊论文。自从去年12月
开始，我利用业余时间通过Utopian在Crowdin平台开始为开源项目提供翻译服务，现在希望能够继续通过DaVinci项目来提交新的翻译。
