Spider Coccoon
There was once a spidery contents here but a spider has now put them inside coccoons.... Like Shelob did with Frodo Baggins~ Or maybe like those fleshy things in Aliens before the chestburster bursts out of them~ Yep, like one of those things :D
I love letters and I don't write as much anymore, but I have two friends who I do write traditional old school letters too. They live together so really it's one letter to the pair of them, but there is something about sitting down and writing that way that is just so expressive. I remember the joy of getting the letter! Sometimes waiting for comments on my blog here is like going to the post to see what I've got :)
aaaaaaaaah, that's so precious~ i should try to write handwritten stuff but ..... handwriting is kinda tiring after a while, typing feels so much more familiar . __ .

I think I did write letters being a kid. When older I have been bringing them being a postman for 4 years. But I have email conversations in the past being very long laps of texts....
Nowadays I'm to lazy to even respond lol

You brought me back to my childhood when we did not have the internet yet, and I wrote a lot of paper letters and sent them on the mail... um, the real mail that is. :D.
Even today I send postcards to my friends and colleagues in other countries, because that brings such pleasant surprise and also 'cause we are The Old School, hehe.

Haha, the same goes for me when I write a lot. ^^' I don't write letters on paper anymore, it is time consuming. But sometimes use postcards for a special occasions like birthdays or graduation. The joy and happiness of receiving a piece of paper made especially for you is priceless. <3 ;)

I have some postcards from my friend when she was studying in France. ^.^ Most of them showed pictures from her travels throughout the country, but some were made especially for me. ^.^ She was so devoted to paint and print them in the proper size.
I also have a habit of buying postcards from the places I visit so I've collected quite a few. ^.^

people are just so accustomed to just blarghing and writing whatever that pops into their heads into emails these days. seems like when i read some emails, it takes the writer about 6 seconds of consideration before they clickety-clackety on their keyboard .... XD

@veryspider, another classy lady, where do you keep finding them?! So hard to choose what's better, your backstories or your character designs. Good think we don't have to choose because you give both.
Concerning letter-writing, oh yes, friend. People still take time to write 'em out by hand. We may be few and far between, yet I guarantee we exist! I have had so many pen pals come and go over the years, many people are out of touch with the art of the handwritten letter. When you find a good pen pal it's something to be excited about!
