A male rape victim

To complement my recents postings on male rape victims I like to add the testimony of one actual male rape victim who was raped at knife point. This happened in the United Kingdom and the UK police did nothing. Absolutely nothing. Not investigate for sexual assault. Not even assault for a weapon.

Those who downplay gendered rape laws often use the “the sexual assault law protects male rape victims adequately” which begs two questions:

1. If the sexual assault law already protects adequately: Why do we have a rape law at all? And indeed Germany only has a sexual assault law where rape is just a footnote.
2. Does sexual assault law really protect male rape victims — if the police won't apply them? As the Caeruleus Valentinius and Samantha Mears case have shown.

I have attached Caeruleus Valentinius own video which short and goes into not much detail and fireside chat with Honey Badger Radio which where Caeruleus Valentinius explained the ordeal in more detail. Including an explanation that men do get hard even when they are “not into it”.
