Day 4.jpg

This is my journey towards 100000 Steem Power Day 4. I am a very dedicated individual and I want you guys to be a part of my journey to get you motivated and to learn from my mistakes!

Besides my daily description of what I did to reach that goal today, I will also use this as a "journal" to keep track of my other personal goals.

If you have any suggestions, want to help or work together with me or just want to leave feedback then just write that into the comments.

What I did Today to Reach my Goal

I wrote my daily posts as usual and wrote on the blogs of my followers. In my opinion it is very important to regularly interact with your followers otherwise you will lose them.

I see it too often, the more followers one has the less he interacts with his followers.

What I suggest is taking 100 minutes every goddamn day to interact with your followers, they help you to increase your wealth and you should pay them respect for that by interacting with them instead of ignoring them!

Some people I recently found here on Steemit who do pretty well in that regard and who I also follow are: @dwinblood, @enazwahsdarb, @humanearl, @crosheille, @futuristgear, @bluesbro and @jist

Personal Goals

Guitar Mastery - Play 90% of the Song "Asylum" by "Disturbed" successfully by July 2018
Today I reached 40%! I only practised that song today and it is absolutely incredible how fast you can progress if you slow one part down and slowly increase the speed till you can play it with muscle memory only!

Note: I am not the person in this video! Here is the song I am talking about that I am practising in the game Rocksmith (a game to improve your guitar skills).

Training - Reach 90KG with 12% Bodyfat by July 2018
My chest tightness is gone! Guess the vitamine C from the pharmacy really helped a lot! I expect to be in tip top shape tomorrow and then I can go back to the gym again.

But that does not mean that I didn't work out today! I have a barbel, ez-curl and a couple of dumbbells here at home to work out! I did supersets with them.

The superset (which I did 4x)
Do 12x curls with the barbell, lift that up and do 12x military presses, bend over and do rowing 12x, drop that barbell and do 30 crunches.

I did that 4x but it was not enough to drop a sweat. I am pretty strong and I got a lot of endurance even when I am sick, this is the result of 2 years of training.

I can't wait to get back to the gym!

Diary

Same shit different day. This is just what you do when you are trying to reach your goal whatever it takes. I don't allow myself to waste time with meaningless activities even tho my doc told me to chill for 2 hours every day.

That does not mean that I start doing drugs or something. I will just play 2 hours of video games or watch a movie or go outside into nature and do a small workout there.

Anyway, I had a good deep talk with @Jist today and he seems to be pretty redpilled from what he wrote me, he is a great guy.

Also shoutout to @getonthetrain who taught me some great things yesterday and who upvoted my recent content.

Conclusion: Just another produtive day with some small lessons learned. I am getting back in top shape again and my recents posts are all worth about $1, this is a small but awesome improvement thanks to my followers and especially @humanearl and @getonthetrain.

Be easy my friend... thats a lot to take in all at once. I see your #comment about stress.... man... some days I'd rather just cry a little. You know little baby tears... and get back to business... acting like Im not a big stress spring ready to shoot wild.

I know what you mean, I have learned to get rid of anger immediately otherwise it gets too much and I hurt people. I deal with sadness by working out in nature and calling my mother or visiting my family.

I don't allow my emotions to get in my way.

Did you ever have a heart attack or were close to have one because of high stress levels?

done,, vote and reply my comment and back pls

Another great post. This is really useful for me to follow every day and it helps me stick to my own plan. Thanks

Happy to hear that!
