Growing that is good:-) how do you choose what to vote for?
Right now every member who is on our list you find in the reports are upvoted - before I put them on the list I check if their blogs qualify... I read through some of their posts and check if they are unique, or copy and paste or plagiate, nsfw and stuff... if I do not find any transgressions they are welcome..
